I’m just a little surprised that the massive storm that rolled through here, a storm big enough to down trees and power lines, wasn’t enough to remove the dirt on the rest of the car...

If you have a good sealant on the car the rain will indeed wash away the dirt since it can’t adhere to the surface.

The dealer said there was some sort of coating on the paint and upholstery, included at no charge, but I don’t really believe that. Now that I have a buffer/polisher I’ll do the rest of the car which should remove any propensity for the dirt to stick...
